The Conference was much more than a Conference! It was a full immersion into creativity, engagement, artistic joy, amazing professional and personal relationships and a great networking opportunity!
Packed with amazing workshops and music, dance, theatre activities till late night!
The 3-day Conference event was implemented within a broader event organized by FYME, Fundación Yehudi Menuhin Espanã, within a bigger event in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Inclusion, the Spanish Ministry of Education and University Autónoma of Madrid, at Residencia La Cristalera, in Miraflores de la Sierra, Madrid.
Over the course of three days, the project was presented through a structured programme of sessions in which the Milki-Way speakers provided comprehensive information on the activities implemented and the educational outputs developed. Particular emphasis was placed on the role of music as a tool for supporting children’s holistic and harmonious development, as well as on the importance of promoting multicultural awareness and intercultural activities in primary education.
The programme included two thematic workshops: “Successes and Challenges in Educating a More Empathetic and Respectful Generation” and “Focus on the Milki-Way Teacher Guide Activities”.
MilkiWay is getting to an end, but the partners have prepared a solid sustainability plan with wonderful new initiatives and projects connected to this successful, useful and amazing project!
